See an approved scheme on a house before you buy the paint.
Your house
Showing Scheme H-1, from the schedule for The Heritage.
Which kind of colors
Browse the schemes the Standards already approve, mix your own for the board to review, or write down what is already on the house today.
1. Pick a house plan
Pick whichever shape is closest to your house. The plan changes the drawing only, never the colors.
Two-car garage at the right, hipped roof, shuttered windows, entry under a shallow hood.
2. Pick a scheme
Any of these 38 schemes may be used at any address in the community. The headings below show which village schedule a scheme came from, which is provenance, not a restriction.

3. Garage door color
Section 3.8 lets the garage door take the body, the trim or the accent color of the scheme. It is written into the Standards, so whichever one you pick, this is still the scheme as the schedule sets it out.
4. Entry door color
Section 3.8 lets the entry door take the body, the trim or the accent color as well, the same three the garage door offers. The schedule starts it on one of them, which is the chip selected until you pick another. It is written into the Standards for both doors, so whichever one you pick, this is still the scheme as the schedule sets it out.

Roof: CertainTeed Landmark, Georgetown Gray. The roof is not painted, so the same roof is shown above for every scheme.
Body, upperBenjamin Moore 467 High Park GreenSchedule names this color High Park Green. Benjamin Moore's own current name for code 467 is High Park, with no Green in it, and no retailer or archive turns up High Park Green as an alternate name. Code match is exact and unambiguous (467 has only ever been this one color), so the hex is accepted; the schedule's Green appears to be a descriptive addition rather than part of the official name.

Where you live (optional)
This sorts your own village's schemes to the top of step 2 and goes on the record for your lot file. It never removes a scheme from the list, and it is not required to use any scheme on this page.
Print the record
The sheet prints the scheme, the paint code on every surface and the finish rule, on one page with room for your name and address.
