How do I register for the owner portal?
Choose Sign in, then Create an account with your property address. New accounts are reviewed by the office or a board member before they are approved.
I just bought a home here. What do I do?
Mahalo and welcome! Choose Sign in, then Create an account with your property address. The office checks every new owner and emails you when you are in. While you wait, you can read the documents and the design guidelines, and pay dues through Hawaiiana.

Where can I find HOA policies and forms?
The Documents and Forms page has the association's policies, owner forms, and design review applications to view or download.

How do I submit a design review request?
Start on the Design Review page, which lists the guidelines and the application forms. Most requests can be filed through the owner portal.

How do I pay my HOA dues?
Payment options are listed with the office contact information in the site footer. Contact the management office if you need help.

How can I view board meeting minutes?
Approved owners can view published meeting minutes in the owner portal, linked from the Documents and Forms page.
