Text Message Terms

The program

Maui Lani Community Association Text Alerts is run by Maui Lani Community Association for its own residents. You join by adding your mobile number to your portal account, ticking the box that agrees to get texts, and typing the 6-digit code we text to confirm the number is yours. Agreeing is not required to use the portal, and we never add a number without that code.

What we text

• Notices about your home
• Updates on your requests
• Meeting reminders
• Community alerts

Texts are short and about association business only. We do not send ads or marketing.

How often, and what it costs you

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. The association does not charge you to get texts.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We will confirm, and then you will get no more texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also open Account settings and choose Remove my number and stop texts. If you want texts again later, add your number again.

Your privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of your information.
