Draft, pending Board adoption. The color schedules behind this sheet have not been adopted by the Board yet, so check with the office before you buy paint.

Pre-approved scheme, no application required

Repainting in a complete Exhibit B scheme is pre-approved under Design Standards Section 4.2. No application or fee is required. Keep this sheet with your paint receipts as the record for your lot file.

Any Exhibit B scheme may be used at any address in the community. The village named on this sheet is the schedule the scheme came from, not a limit on where it may be painted.

Benjamin Moore's own current name for code 467 is High Park, with no Green in it, and no retailer or archive turns up High Park Green as an alternate name. Code match is exact and unambiguous (467 has only ever been this one color), so the hex is accepted; the schedule's Green appears to be a descriptive addition rather than part of the official name.

Section 3.8 lets the entry door and the garage door each take the body, trim or accent color of the scheme, and this sheet shows the ones chosen. Whichever colors are on them, this is still the scheme as the schedule sets it out.
